Feb 28 AEB Music Summit  Next Saturday, February 28, the Wind Ensemble (aka Band) will perform at Reseda High School during the LAUSD AEB Music Summit. This event is free, and parents are encouraged to attend to support the band as they perform concert music for the first time this year. We are excited to announce the formation of the NHHS Athletics & Arts Booster. This booster will serve as an umbrella booster for all of the athletic teams as well as music, dance, and performing arts departments. Each sub-booster will act independently from the umbrella. The music department has already paid the $225 start-up fee, so thank you to all who donated. Any excess money will be given back to music. The next step is to form the board of this sub-booster. The Band and Color Guard will perform in the 15th Annual West Ranch Wildcat Tournament on November 15 at 6:00 PM at LA Pierce College . Band and Color Guard Picture Day will be  on Thursday, November 6 , during 5th and 6th periods! This is a fantastic opportunity to order individual, section, and full ensemble photos of your student in uniform. Students will change into their uniforms during lunch and will be excused from 6th period so we have enough time to take individual pictures for anyone interested. The Rampage Tournament is on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. The Regiment will perform at 6 PM! This week, we have the PSATs scheduled on Wednesday and Parent Conference Night on Thursday. During parent conference night, the J azz Band will perform in the music quad from 5:40 to 6:30 PM . As a result, both Wednesday and Friday will be minimum days. Band practice on Wednesday, O ctober 22, will be from 2:00 to 3:30 PM. However, the field isn't immediately available after school on Friday, so our drill review will stay scheduled from 4:00 to 7:00 PM (No Team Meal Provided

The All Valley Band Tournament is  on Saturday, October 25, 2025  at Pierce College! This is our first Marching Band Competition of the season and we are pumped!
