Orchestra, Choir & Jazz Band Fundraiser!
📢 NHHS Musicians, Friends & Families:It’s Time to Pump Up the Volume! 🎶
Orchestra, Jazz Band, and Choir are sounding amazing this year, but to make us even better than ever, we’re launching the NHHS Music Booster Fundraiser, and we need all student musicians in Orchestra, Jazz Band and Vocals/Choir to spread the word. The Marching Band and Color Guard did great in their August fundraiser, and we know this one will be successful too! The funds we raise will pay for our awesome music coaches, competition fees, the buses we need to get us there and maybe even a piano accompanist for the choir! To make things interesting, we are turning this fundraiser into a friendly competition with massive prizes.
🏆 Here is what you can win:
🍦 The Grand Ensemble Prize (Ice Cream Party!): The ensemble (Orchestra, Jazz Band, or Choir) that raises the most total money wins a fully loaded Ice Cream Social during class time!
🎟️ Top Individual Fundraiser (Six Flags Magic Mountain or equivalent): The student from each ensemble who brings in the most donations will enter a drawing to win two tickets to Six Flags!
🎁 Individual Goal Prizes (Restaurant Gift Cards): Everyone who reaches their individual fundraising goal will be entered into a drawing to win gift cards to local favorites restaurants! Details to follow...

LOGO CONTEST WINNER:
We’ve wrapped up the student logo design contest for the ’26-’27 school year music logo, and we have a winner! All the logos received votes and it was very close, but Dawson Zutaut (orchestra/modern band) had the winning design. Congrats, Dawson! All of you deserve applause for submitting your work. Hopefully this will become an annual tradition!
The leading merch requests were T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and music folders and playing cards also ranked highly. We will place some orders, add them to our soon-to-launch music store, and let you know when they’re available.
