The Jazz Band will be performing at the Walter Reed Jazz Festival this Friday, April 1, at 6:30pm. Students, please follow the schedule below and arrive wearing your blue music department polo! Food will be available for purchase. Student transportation will not be provided so plan accordingly. Walter Reed Middle School is located just down the street at 4535 Irvine Ave. North Hollywood, Ca., 91602 Additionally, the UCLA Herbie Hancock Jazz Ensemble will be headlining the event!

5:30pm - Call time at Walter Reed > Meet in front on the grass
5:50pm - Set up instruments in Rm 154 > Leave cases here!
6:00pm - Warm up on stage
6:30pm - Performance
7:00pm - Clinic in Rm 147
7:30pm - Done
8:00pm - Hamilton A Band (Student Attendance is Optional)
9:00pm - UCLA Hancock Performance (Student Attendance is Optional)
9:30pm - Awards (Student Attendance is Optional)
