West Ranch Tournament• Nov 15, 2025

The Band and Color Guard will perform in the 15th Annual West Ranch Wildcat Tournament on November 15 at 6:00 PM at LA Pierce College. We hope you can join us in cheering for our Band and Color Guard!

Rain is in the forecast, so please check your Remind app for any last-minute changes. The tournament will not be rescheduled, so we do not plan to cancel. Emergency ponchos are available if needed.Please note that a team meal will not be provided, so ensure your child brings enough cash to purchase food at the venue.

Students should have a good meal before arriving and remember to bring water, snacks, and a jacket.Parking is $5, and general admission is $20. Students with ID, children under 10, and active military personnel can attend for $10, while children under 5 are free.

Here is the student schedule:

• 11:00 am Color Guard 

  • FIRST Prepare equipment for loading & put outside!

• 12:30 pm Loading Comm & Long Haired Band Member 

  • Loading Com = Percussion, Sousa, & Bari Sax

  • Start braiding hair in Unicom Rm! 

  • FYI – Shoe Polishing done in the changing rooms!

• 1:45 pm All Other Band Members Call Time

  • 2:25 - Bus Lines in music quad!

  • 2:30 - Walk to bus location on Chandler

• 2:40 pm Bus Departs from NHHS 

• 6:00 pm Performance

• 9:30 pm – Awards – Students on Visitors Bleachers Side

• 10:30 pm – Bus Departs Pierce College

• 11:15/11:45 pm – Estimated Dismissal (Chandler Gate!)
