Students who wish to join the Royal Regiment Band or Color Guard must obtain Athletic Clearance to participate in performances and events. We recommend that returning students complete their Athletic Packet by July 1, and new students by August 15.

 

All Athletic Clearances must be submitted online through the home campus website. In addition to the online submission, hard copies of the student's physical examination (using the LAUSD form provided below, which consists of 2 pages) and the confirmation message signed by both the parent and the student must be delivered to Mr. Sharp.

Steps for completing your Athletic Clearance paperwork:​

1. Login to the Home Campus Website! Select California! If you're new you'll need to create a new account. Find our school in the database and register your sport.

   • If you are in Band our sport is Band 

   • If you are in Color Guard your sport is Color Guard.  

2. Get a Physical Exam! Use the LAUSD forms: English form • Spanish form

3. Upload all required documents into your Home Campus account. 

4. Submit Hard Copies of the following  to Mr. Sharp :

• ​Conformation Message from https://www.homecampus.com/login with signatures from both student & parent/guardian 

• LAUSD physical (2 pages) with your doctors signature
